Well, I spoke to soon. Unfortunately, Hunter is not doing as well as we thought. Today he was back to his lethargic, lifeless self. No laughing and no smiling, a little playing...mostly with his feet. Some family friends got us connected with a very reputable Pediatric group in our area, we have an appointment for Monday. Today marks the end of the sixth week of Hunter being sick, and several weeks now that we have been alarmed by his bouts with blank staring, and then there is the issue of him being tongue-tied and the Doctor not seeming phased by any of these things. I am frustrated so it is time for what might just be a second opinion, but is probably a change in Doctors. I will keep you posted. In the meantime Hunter wants everyone to know that he misses them, and their hugs! Today is Hunter's other great grandma's birthday, and he is sad that he can't go to the party tomorrow :( Hopefully, when he is feeling better they will be able to share some special time together!
