Hunter had a great morning, mom's not so good. Hunter got up early and we packed the car to go to great grandpa and grandma's, he wanted to show them all of his cool toys! We headed for the long drive, we arrived and got situated and mom headed to her 10am work meeting, much to my surprise the meeting time had been moved to the afternoon. So, as you can imagine...mom did not appreciate this disturbance in her day. We could have slept in and took our time, well Hunter and Great Grandpa and Grandma had a blast despite mom's bad mood. They played, and ate carrots...I'm sure they will be finding them around the house, he is quite messy :)
He showed them how he tries to get his feet in his mouth, it doesn't work so he settles for his socks! They were impressed! Hunter was sad to leave all the fun, got home and enjoyed another walk, and shortly after started a series of screaming attacks, which ended when Grandpa and Grandma came, and encouraged us to let him cry himself to sleep. That is the first time we have done that, it worked!!! So tonight I am looking forward to a long luxurious sleep while Grandma attends to Hunter during the night, I am very lucky!
